This includes any economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in the Market, travel to and from the Market, or any events incidental to the Market. I understand that I am responsible for any and all regulations and laws that are applicable to my presence at the market and the sale of my products. All products sold at market must meet state and local health regulations including, but not limited to, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (MDARD), and Western Upper Peninsula Health Department guidelines and regulations, as applicable. Chassell Market Details are as follows: – set-up after 1:00 pm – Clean up done by 8:00 pm – Market runs 3:00-6:00 pm every Wednesday (June thru September). ~ Chassell Market does not provide tables or chairs ~ ~ No alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances allowed in the pavilion during the market ~ ~ No fighting, rough housing, smoking, vaping, etc. on Township properties. ~
