Gentle Exercise Class

UP Health System-Portage presents a free gentle exercise class the last Tuesday of each month at Grace Lutheran Church in South Range. The focus will include strength, cardio and flexibility to improve overall fitness. Options will be given for standing or chair-based workouts. No equipment or registration is needed.
