“What Is Climate Engineering?”

MTU physics professor Dr. Raymond Shaw will discuss climate engineering by modifying cloud properties to cool the earth at the Portage Lake District Library. The perspective will be neutral, neither for or against, and will be focused on understanding the science and the risks. Dr. Shaw is part of a team doing research with the MTU Cloud Chamber, which allows cloud formation and behavior to be explored in the laboratory.
