Wellness Journey Support Group

The Copper Shores Community Health Foundation’s Wellness Journey Support Group will hold an open meeting this evening. This comprehensive trauma recovery support group is for people who have experienced trauma or secondary trauma, and will help build a support network of like-minded and safe individuals.
Open sessions invite all community members dealing with any type of trauma. Meetings will be held on alternate Mondays through August 4th, with each session focusing on a coping technique. For more details, and a schedule of meeting subjects, click here.
