Stewards of the Bete Grise Preserve Picnic

Stewards of the Bete Grise Preserve will hold a potluck picnic at Point Isabelle, on the Gay Lac La Belle Road. All are welcome – please bring a dish to pass. Music will be provided by the Backroom Boys.
The Bete Grise Preserve is primarily owned by the Houghton Keweenaw Conservation District (HKCD) and includes approximately 5,500 acres and 5.5 miles of Lake Superior shoreline. It is open to the public year round and permanently protects a mosaic of native coastal wetland ecosystems and is a refuge for migratory species and many native animals and plants.
