KFRC Parenting Workshop

The Keweenaw Family Resource Center’s Parenting Workshop Series presents “Composure: Being the Person You Want Children to Become.“
This program empowers us to be conscious of brain-states in ourselves and children. It then provides us with the practical skills we need to manage our thoughts, feeling and actions. With this ability to self-regulate, we are then able to teach children to do the same.
Dinner will be served, and child care is available. There is no charge, but advance sign-up is required here.
