“Heading West, Coming Back” Opening Reception
September 21, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm EDT
The “Heading West, Coming Back” display is a mixed media exhibition by Finnish artist Marjo Levlin, telling the story of late 19th century migration from Finland to the United States. A reception for the artist will take place at the Finlandia Gallery from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., with an artist talk beginning at 7:20 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
The exhibit runs through January 31, 2024. Gallery hours are 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.
