Baraga County Shelter Home Open House

Baraga County Shelter Home will host an open house at their Outreach office in L’Anse. Due to the enormous generosity of donors, the Shelter has an overflow of women’s and children’s clothing and is offering these items for free to community members in need.
The Open House is a great opportunity for the public to learn more about the Shelter’s work to end domestic violence and the many services that they provide free-of-charge to victims. In addition to a 24/7 crisis line and emergency shelter for those fleeing intimate partner violence, the Shelter provides an array of non-residential services including legal advocacy, referrals to community services, housing advocacy, and more.
